Return Policy

!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON BAGS, LEGGINGS ,SKINCARE, INTIMATES, JEWELRY AND CLEARANCE ITEMS !!

We know sometimes items don't fit quite right, so we are happy to exchange an item within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in like-new, un-worn condition and no scents. Items will be inspected upon arrival and i will make a decision from there. Once the item is returned to me and examined you will receive store credit ONLY for the amount of that item. Once received you are more than welcome to go ahead and purchase the correct item. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Boutique.

*** Items shipped to us outside of the 7 day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged, or laundered, will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refunded will be granted. As a small business we ask that you please help us by adhering to our return policy.)

We provide pictures, videos and great descriptions to avoid any exchanges as much as possible! Sarah is always available to be reached to help you with sizing etc.:)

 

Receive a defective item?  No problem!  We are diligent in wrapping each purchase personally so that it will reach you safely!  However, if you receive a defective or damaged item you must contact us at gracefullymade77@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.  You must include a clear image of the damaged product.  Please note that the actual delivery date is tracked and verified.  Damage caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.  Please use scissors to remove all tags.  We are not responsible for damage after item has been worn, washed or altered. No exceptions.  Once item has been received and inspected, we will either replace the item or issue a store credit/return the amount to your card if the item is no longer available.

Care Info:  Materials such as cotton, wool and 100% Rayon need special care and do not like hot water or dryers.  Materials such as blended rayon, spandex, and polyester are best to wash cold, hang dry and fluff in dryer carefully.  Take care of your boutique clothing and they will take care of you!  :)
