Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing may be extended by 1 additional business day. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are a flat rate fee of $7.99

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • UPS

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim is complete.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an order ships to an incorrectly provided address we are not responsible for redirections or refunding the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees. Please make sure if you have moved, you have filed a change of address form with your local post office.
