Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement if approved.

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes:
Regular-priced items
Sale items
Accessories
Gift cards
Any item purchased through a promotion or discount
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will provide store credit.
Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
