How Our Live Sales Work

To claim an item, you must comment the exact claim word we provide. Please pay close attention during the live and keep track of your purchases by taking screenshots or writing down your claims.

Example Claim:

Sold 102 Medium

* Please type the claim exactly as we provide it.

* Double-check your comment before submitting—it helps tremendously!

* If your comment is incorrect or incomplete, we will move on to the next customer.

* Please do not skip ahead on items. We kindly ask that you wait for us or one of the girls to fully show each item before commenting your claim. This helps keep things running smoothly and gives everyone a fair chance to shop.

* Stay present during the live so you’ll know whether your claim was accepted.

Shop Responsibly

We kindly ask that you only claim items you are able to purchase.

We recommend setting reminders on your phone for invoice days and payment deadlines.

We understand that life happens, and communication is always appreciated. However, if you claim an item, you are expected to complete payment for your purchase.

Invoices go out Tuesday and Thursdays and are due next day by 11 am est! If not paid by that night 9 PM Eastern standard time a five dollar late fee is applied to your invoice and if it is not paid by the next day noon time then your invoice will be canceled and if no communication has been present then your invoice will be canceled and unfortunately, you will not be able to shop.

You get 2 live sales to shop plus shop our multiple replays!

To shop replay sales please take a screenshot of the item and send it to us in messenger and we will see if we have items available!

Shipping, Addresses & Order Policies

* Flat Rate Shipping: $8.25

* Oversized Box Shipping: $15.00

Address Changes

If your shipping address has changed, you must contact us before paying your invoice so we can update your information.

Once an invoice has been paid, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made.

Gracefully Made Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address that was not updated before invoice payment.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace, refund, or credit items reported after the 7-day reporting period.
